The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of the Prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this Competition. |

The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this competition. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Organiser liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors. |

In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the competition, the decision of the Directors of Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entered. |

Any taxes or levies imposed by local government on an individual Participant as a result of such Participant’s participation in the Programme shall be compensated by the Organiser (or its local affiliated company, as applicable). |

The Organiser reserves the right to publish the name and country of the Participants or to publicise the prize giving presentation after the date of the Programme. If the Participant does not wish such details to be published, they must advise the Organiser at time of notification of the admission. |

Entrants also agree to be contacted by the Organiser and its delegates for the purposes of administrating the Competition or if the Organiser wishes to discuss any other use of the picture(s) submitted to the Competition. |

The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be substituted for the Prize on offer. If the Prize (or any part thereof) offered is unavailable due to Force Majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to modify the Programme. |

The Organiser shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fire, floods, pandemic (including, but not limited to as a result of or linked whether directly or indirectly to Covid-19), embargoes, war, acts of war (whether war be declared or not), acts of terrorism, insurrections, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lockouts or other labour disturbances, acts of God or acts, omissions or delays in acting by any governmental authority (“Force Majeure”). |

Any rejected or not confirmed admission may be offered to other Entrants at the absolute and sole discretion of the Organiser. |
